All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include postage and packing. Postage and packing charges are based on weight and are for standard UK delivery. Full details are below. For delivery outside the UK please contact us. 4. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of payment using a specialised courier. However, orders are normally dispatched sooner than this. Alternatively items can be ordered and collected free from our shop in Chesterfield. Free delivery is available on local orders over £20 delivered within a 5-mile radius. 5. Due to the seasonal nature of some of the real ales we sell, items may occasionally be unavailable. Although 'out of stock' items will normally be clearly indicated, occasionally discrepancies may occur. If a particular item is not available we will make every effort to find it for you. However, if this is not possible we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative item that has a similar taste profile. Replacement items will be of the same or greater value. 6.
